- Suhail is from an AU version of F/SN, and is Lancer's Master (Cu Chulainn). He survived through Lancer's luck coming through (even stopped clocks are right once a day, even E-Rank Luck has a lucky break), though he only barely survived.
- He's the reincarnation of a man named Conall, who was a lover of Cu Chulainn's when the Heroic Spirit was still alive. He lived in a small village that Cu Chulainn often visited (and called Chulainn by his childhood name affectionately). He was mostly the same as Suhail, but a little more cheerful and a little louder. He also was very skilled with making medicine and bandages. Unfortunately, he died during a raid on his village by enemies, and though Cu Chulainn rushed to help, it was too late to save him. His memories of this past life are often sealed until someone says something, at which point they begin to appear to him in dreams.
- His thought of "When I knew what the world was, I didn't want to be part of it" is a major part of his views and feelings, and it ends up making him distance himself from the majority of people around him -- especially since he's distant and at odds with his own family, leaving him no one to turn to, trust, or take companionship from.
- Before meeting Lancer, there were a lot of false things he felt. He felt that his life was pointless, being someone that was neither wanted or needed, though he has no desire to die even so; his desire to live confuses him, so he generally brushes it off as "all humans fear death" when asked. He also felt that "kindness" and "love" were just something from storybooks, and that "true kindness" or "genuine love" were only an act put on for people to get what they want. He thought that the only bond that could come even close to "real" was that between Master and Servant, and even then there was an aspect of a user and a used in it. Even despite that aspect, though, he felt it was the only way he might ever have been cared for.
- Though he does have such a grim view on kindness and love, Suhail himself is genuinely caring and kind. He won't answer to the hypocrisy, simply insisting it is how it is, but he can't bear to bring himself to be truly unkind. Perhaps a brat or a frustration, sure, but genuinely harmful... he just can't. The most harm he does is with his curses, and he views that as something different.
- He knows Sign Language and will use it to communicate to people he doesn't like or people he wants to leave him alone. Those types of people often think he's mute until they hear him speak to someone else, but he doesn't even bother to try to hide or justify it.
- Despite his dislike of things around him, Suhail is a perfectly polite person. He doesn't act rude or nasty for no reason, he's kind to even people he's met for the first time, and he's simple enough to talk to, as he doesn't really judge people very much. At least, not inherently. The problem is, unless people are close to him, while he won't judge or will listen calmly, he also won't really help too much. He might give advice if asked for, especially if it's simple, but if it requires too much effort he'll just shrug and say he hopes they figure it out.
- That said, though he's polite on the outside, his thoughts are... less than charitable towards people he isn't close to. He also tends to mess with people if he feels like he wants to or gets too bored, though he prefers more passive-aggressive or sneaky ways of doing it, such as "being constantly forgetful" and leaving paper and pencils behind with people who can't read sign language, or pretending to be naive and either not hear or forget instructions. He feels like him being a rude prick will only make the world he hates worse, so he doesn't want to do that; it's part of why he stays polite as much as he can. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have the desire to be a prick sometimes, especially if he's extreme upset or hurt.
- He isn't very into physical contact and tends to go rigid when strangers touch him, giving them a pointedly stern look. If his hair is touched without permission, the toucher is getting outright slapped. Any one he considers close to him has implied permission, and Lancer especially can do whatever he likes without Suhail minding.
- With those he does adore, Suhail changes quite a bit. He talks openly and happily, doing his best to work through anything with them and be as helpful as possible. He also becomes very clingy, sitting close to people, touching them, leaning on them, hugging them, and the like -- some, he may even sit in the laps of. Of course, he remembers his own issue with unallowed touching, and respects it when someone he likes prefers not to be clung to. In that case, he'll simply sit near them when he can, but while making sure to give them the space they need.
- One of the things he always wears is a pair of earrings, the same that the Cu Chulainn Lancer wears (and that can be used to summon him). He has quite a few things on Cu Chulainn and his legend, in fact, having intended to summon him for a long time. What he considers his most prized possession (besides the earrings) is a book specifically written and bound for him that has every single detail known about the Chulainn legend that the person writing it could get, with empty pages here and there that he filled out with notes to try to think of how to be the best Master to him. A description of the book.
- His magecraft specialty is curses, having come from the Middle East originally and learned from there.
- He's also very well read in legends, and can recognize nearly any Heroic Spirit with enough information. The lesser known the Spirit, the more information he needs, and there are some Spirits he can't identify on his own, especially those that are either cloaked (like Berserker Lancelot) or are incredibly obscure and barely known.
